About Isabelle
I've spent more than twenty years in the game industry and over a decade of it focused on distributed development, the discipline of making games across studios, partners and time zones that don't naturally move as one.
I've done this work from different angles. Centrally, touching nearly every side of it at once, sourcing partners, coaching teams through their first external collaborations and making sure hard-won lessons didn't disappear between projects. On the production floor, leading co-development on Assassin's Creed Valhalla, a production that lived across time zones and cultures every single day. And eventually, at the franchise level, I built the first dedicated team at Ubisoft focused entirely on this discipline, designed so knowledge and relationships carried forward instead of being rebuilt from scratch on every title.
I'm known as a relationship builder and a matchmaker, not in the transactional sense, but in understanding what a team needs, what a partner can offer and where the two can grow into something lasting. That takes trust and trust takes time. The best collaborations I've been part of didn't start with a contract. They started with a conversation.
IBIS Partnerships is the natural extension of this journey. It brings together my experience across internal and external distributed development, my instinct for building the right partnerships and my commitment to collaboration models that are clear, respectful and built to last.
I care deeply about the people behind the work, the producers, leads, developers and partners who make ambitious games possible.
The hardest problems in this industry are rarely about talent. They're about whether anyone designed the system, or left it to be improvised, one deadline at a time. That's what IBIS is for.
